Poultry 101: A Chicken in Every Pot

A hands-on chicken butchery experience for the home cook with tips on cooking and recipe ideas. In this 1.5 hour class, you will hone your knife skills by learning how to butcher & spatchcock your own chicken, how to truss for an even cook, and how to use every bit of the bird from roast to stock-making.    

We'll feed you snacks, and you'll take chicken home to cook and share with family and friends.

Classes are limited to 8 people, all participants must be 18+.  Equipment and protective gear is supplied by WINNER.
