Pork Sausage Making Class

In this 1.5 hour class, our butchers take you from the whole animal to the finished product.  Learn how to grind, season, stuff, and twist pork sausages. We'll feed you snacks and you get to take sausage home to share with you and yours.

Classes are limited to 8 people, all participants must be 18+. All equipment and protective gear is supplied by WINNER.
