Lamb Sausage Making Class

The perfect event or gift for the culinary curious.  In this 1.5 hour class our butchers take you from the whole animal to the finished product.  Learn how to grind, season, stuff, and twist sausages. We'll feed you snacks and you get to take sausage home!

This class is pork-free.  Lamb casings and lamb meat are used.

Classes are limited to 8 people, all participants must be 18+.  Equipment and protective gear is supplied by WINNER.
