From birth, their animals are nurtured with care, roaming on open pasture with access to barns for protection during inclement weather. Stryker’s commitment to responsible farming means their livestock are never given added antibiotics or hormones.
The farm specializes in Angus beef, known for its rich flavor and marbling. Their pasture-raised lambs are a cross of Dorset, Dorper, and Katahdin breeds, selected for their tenderness and mild flavor. Stryker’s heritage pork features a unique blend of Berkshire, Tamworth, Old Spot, Large Black, Hereford, and Yorkshire breeds. These pigs are pasture-raised and fed a wholesome, non-GMO diet, resulting in exceptional, flavorful pork.
At Stryker Farm, quality and ethical farming practices go hand in hand, bringing you meat you can feel good about.
Climbing Tree Farm

Their pigs, including Old Spot/Berkshire and Red Wattle crosses, are rotationally grazed on open pasture, contributing to soil health and biodiversity.
The farm’s pigs are milk-fed, enhancing the meat’s tenderness and rich flavor. Raised without added antibiotics or hormones, Climbing Tree’s commitment to ethical and sustainable farming results in high-quality, flavorful pork you can feel good about.
At Climbing Tree Farm, responsible stewardship of the land goes hand in hand with producing exceptional, pasture-raised meat.
Snowdance Farm

Happy Valley Meats
Grain-Finished Beef

La Belle Farm
Chicken (Rotisserie & Parts)
Located in Ferndale, NY, La Belle Farm is a family-run operation led by Hector Saravia and his family, dedicated to raising exceptional, antibiotic-free chicken. Their birds are fed a local diet of corn and soy, with no growth hormones or GMOs, and are given plenty of space to roam. La Belle’s chickens are slow-growing, allowing for a longer grow-out period that results in richer, more flavorful meat.
Unlike conventional methods, their chicken is air-chilled rather than cooled in a water bath. This process preserves the bird’s natural texture and flavor while ensuring the skin crisps up beautifully when cooked. With a focus on quality and ethical farming, La Belle Farm delivers chicken that is both delicious and responsibly raised.
Joe Jurgielewicz & Son
Duck
Located in Hamburg, Pennsylvania, Joe Jurgielewicz & Son is a family-run farm renowned for raising premium Long Island Pekin ducks. Founded in 1984 by Dr. Joe Jurgielewicz, a Cornell-trained veterinarian and the only vet-doctor in the U.S. who is also a duck farmer, the farm continues a generations-old family tradition. Their ducks are free-roaming, antibiotic- and hormone-free, and raised on well water, soybeans, and home-grown corn. Known for their plumpness and rich flavor, these ducks are highly sought after by chefs, particularly in Asian cuisine.
As one of the only vertically integrated duck farms in the country, Jurgielewicz & Son prioritizes sustainable practices. Their modern barns with mesh floors provide fresh air and a clean environment, while solid duck waste is collected and transformed into dry, sanitary fertilizer, which they donate to local farmers. With a commitment to quality, animal welfare, and environmental responsibility, Joe Jurgielewicz & Son delivers exceptional, flavorful duck raised with care.
